Today I leave for Vegas for the first time. Pray for my soul. The plan, for now, is to return to Atlanta on Sunday night at least semi-clothed and half my dignity still intact. I'm either gonna love or hate this place. Stay tuned.

Okay wheeeeee, whichever fantasy place you stay - in general try to use the rail line not the taxis when you can. Otherwise you'll be spending your tit - I mean "tip" money and potential happy gambling losses just getting there (sitting there) in traffic. I anticipate you will both love and hate Vegas (it's like the name of a tv, cool!). It's just garish life in a different place. With lots of lousy beer...and hungry strippers.

Thats a given - he will bitch about a) too much neon,bright lights and noise b) how the homeless, alchoholics, degenrates are everywhere c) how if you are not a high roller that you blow through $$ fast and if u r not gambling, or into shows (2 things he isn't) how Vegas is a waste. He will go on the rollercoaster that's on top of that tower and love it however.

Are you going on a HST quest? Make sure you check your Amyls and Ether, I don't think they allow that in carry-on.

If you can't find a way to have fun in Vegas, you're probably genetically incapable of having fun. That being said, it does offer lots of opportunities for the chronic complainers; my prediciton of his opinion is "I had a lot of fun, except for and ."
