I’m back from Vegas. A bit worse for the wear, of course, but still back in one piece with my dignity still intact. I knew it would be a good weekend when, at the first slot I put a dollar into (it was a nickel slot at the Palazzo), I wound up winning $176! Even though I rarely gambled, the weekend just got better after that.
Here are some safe-for-the-whole-family iPhone photos.

You can’t see it clearly because of how fast they were going, but there were 3 motorcyclists inside this globe spinning around.
Me at the Hard Rock Casino in front of one of my favorite guitarist’s display. A bonus is they also have his Guitar Hero axe.
I took this picture of a stranger who had bought a plastic guitar filled with liquid sunshine. Delicious and re-usable! My friend Jason is the one on the left.

| You actually went to Voodoo, very brave! Last time I was there, I erroneously thought of myself as still able to pull off the "beautiful people" thing, nope, not gonna happen! Back to the generic Hard Rock bar, posing! Please tell me that is not Jason F. Oh and nice Hetfield impersonation, with that fuzz on your chin and the fuzzy pic, you almost pull it off! |

| Milo, while I avoid Hard Rock restaurants in (pick a city), the casino is a different place. The most eclectic group I've seen and a real cool vibe. Also, that is another Jason from Bradley, not Jason F. |

| Depends on where you go, what you eat... but a good rule of thumb is take what you THINK you will spend and triple it. Seriously. There are certain deals in Vegas to take advantage of but a weekend there is still gonna cost you money unless you beat the house. |

| Sounds like you had a good time, there's GOT to be better pictures than what are posted here. Would you post them if we all chipped in and provided cash? What about the other guys on the trip, do they have pictures of you? I'm sure they're worth a LOT! Let me know. |
